SHINKIDO-YOGA EVESHAM

Firstly a great big thank you to Lesley who spent an afternoon teaching Yoga at the Shinkido Karate-Evesham Dojo.

As with all well structured classes, we all learnt new ways to improve our mobility and flexibility, which along with the already successful strength and conditioning classes will further the overall physical fitness standards we have now come to realize possible.

Yoga is a great way to develop overall body mobility and muscular awareness, it is also very relaxing, helping clear away all those worries and anxieties that can fill our minds.

Shinkido offers conditioning classes that are suitable for both martial artist and non martial artist alike, focussing on, strength, cardiovascular health and mobility, a wide range of influences are incorporated to give a complete fitness program. Attention to each individual maintained by way of keeping the numbers to a maximum of just 12 members to a class, suitable and attended by both male and females.

Foundation of Stone

Four years on from the founding of Shinkido Martial Arts Karate-Evesham, it is clear to see the foundations are well and truly solid.

Quality of education is more than having a team of qualified instructors; it is more than how well lessons are received by fellow students and more than the name of the club. It is more about what the club represents to all members and how it is regarded in the community in which it LIVES.
